For ex. Cisco initiated their “human network” operation by engaging 14 influential bloggers. Cisco requested them to lend a hand to define the “human network.” It created a huge buzz for them and Cisco managed to dominate the organic search rankings.

Yet loads of companies have been unenthusiastic about social media marketing. Notwithstanding what business or what size of company you are, social media makes available tremendous prospects for businesses to connect with their patrons in ways they have never been able to do before.
